What you will do
- Sell into existing client base and use CRM to map and build account plans.
- Identify top potential accounts and create power maps for growth opportunities.
- Create detailed outreach cadences and arrange regular meetings with key players.
- Evangelize hirify.global vision through product demonstrations and account-specific initiatives.
- Work with all teams to optimize customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and present customer reports to provide recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of sales experience in an HRtech B2B SaaS environment as an Account Manager or an Account Executive.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience executing complex software/platform demos.
- Expected to be available for client and team meetings with up to 5% travel time annually.
- Ability to travel to a minimum of two trade shows per year is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education.
