What you will do
- Conduct multi-channel prospecting activities (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn) to generate interest in hirify.global's offerings.
- Identify, qualify, and track sales leads, scheduling qualified appointments for Account Managers.
- Maintain high daily/weekly activity levels to exceed lead generation objectives using sales tools (LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Zoominfo).
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) data quality and provide regular performance reporting.
- Adapt messaging based on interlocutor and strategic information to maximize conversion rates.
- Contribute to campaign effectiveness by suggesting innovative ideas and participating in GTM strategy development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development.
- BAC in Administration or an equivalent degree.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities to achieve quantifiable lead generation objectives.
- Proficiency with modern prospecting tools (LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Zoominfo) and a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and English for North American client communication.
