Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts (Cybersecurity): Driving incremental revenue and growth within existing customer accounts for enterprise security software solutions with an accent on usage adoption, product expansion, and renewals. Focus on developing comprehensive business plans, managing the renewal forecast and negotiation, and building relationships with executive-level decision makers.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Chile)

What you will do

  • Own the growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell motions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account.
  • Manage the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close by identifying and resolving risks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless customer hand-off and product adoption.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expansion quota attainment.
  • Document customer contact and activity data within CRM.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience in enterprise security software sales.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process.
  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Complete, "big-picture" understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • Driven, self-starter who excels at consultative effectiveness.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies and security software solutions.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
