TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI, Cybersecurity): Selling cybersecurity solutions to SLED agencies and managing enterprise accounts from prospecting to contract signing and upsell with an accent on new annual recurring revenue quota achievement. Focus on early pipeline development, discovering customer pain points, and closing complex sales in an early-stage environment.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in the OK, LA, and AR region of the United States.

Salary: $136,000–$160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to SLED agencies to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Manage Enterprise Accounts from initial conversations through contract signing and up-selling.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within Enterprise Accounts to build sufficient pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure timely renewals and expansion sales.
  • Maintain accurate data across all sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
  • Represent customer/prospect voice with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing) to prioritize revenue closure.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in SLED accounts, with a proven track record of closing new logos, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Skill in negotiating with large organizations and closing complex SaaS sales to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Consistent over-quota performance (top 5% of sales org) and success at an early-stage company.
  • Conversant in key areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Disciplined approach to early pipeline development across multiple demand generation pillars.
  • Ability to uncover customer problems, demonstrate value, and systematically execute a repeatable sales process, leveraging internal teams.
