TL;DR

Manager, Enterprise Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and developing a regional sales team to drive enterprise software agreements, with an accent on cultivating executive relationships, managing partner ecosystems, and achieving sales objectives. Location: Covering the OH Valley region in the United States. US work authorization required.

Salary: $104,000 – $175,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Hire, train, and develop a regional sales team aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and motivate the team, correlating performance to business goals and guiding account planning.
  • Build and expand executive customer relationships to drive growth and negotiate agreements.
  • Collaborate with Value-Added Resellers and key partners for knowledge transfer and mutual marketing.
  • Participate in quarterly review sessions with partners and tech alliances in the region.
  • Liaise between R&D, Project Management, and the sales team for key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or MBA preferred) or CISSP certification.
  • 5+ years of experience as an enterprise software sales executive and a manager of teams, with information security/network architecture experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate, qualify, and close enterprise software agreements with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Expert negotiation skills and proven ability to engage C-Suite executives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to accurately forecast team performance and travel at a rate of 30-40%.
  • Unable to sponsor or take over employment visas at this time.
