What you will do

• Learn and apply the full renewal process, including qualifying, validating, and forecasting.
• Engage customers through introduction meetings, discovery sessions, and value mapping.
• Manage pricing, timelines, and legal aspects of renewal contracts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Channel Managers.
• Participate in weekly cadence calls and provide accurate renewal forecasts.
• Apply strategies for direct and indirect renewals and leverage partner relationships.
