What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue operating model, including GTM strategy, annual and quarterly planning, capacity modeling, territory design, and quota methodology.
  • Oversee comprehensive revenue forecasting, enhance forecast accuracy, and provide insights for executive decisions.
  • Own the roadmap and governance for core GTM systems, ensuring scalable tools and accurate reporting.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
  • Lead and develop multi-disciplinary RevOps teams, establishing strong operating rhythms and fostering a culture of accountability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience supporting and scaling GTM functions, with a strong understanding of revenue strategy, forecasting, and operating in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish disciplined revenue operating rhythms, own performance attainment visibility, and serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM technology stacks, including Salesforce (backend administration), Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders through clear communication, strong collaboration, and effective project management.
  • Track record of scaling revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS settings, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and Sigma.
