TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Selling enterprise-wide cloud data security and data risk management solutions to Fortune 500 customers with an accent on understanding customer business, challenges, and objectives. Focus on leading full-cycle sales, positioning hirify.global's value proposition, and advising C-level executives with industry insights.

Location: Cincinnati, OH/KY. This is a US-based position. Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 50% depending on the sales cycle.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 (base salary only, does not include bonus, incentive, equity or benefits).

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing large, complex deals.
  • Demonstrate intimate understanding of hirify.global’s Data Security Solutions and customer value.
  • Create and deliver custom meetings, PoVs, and business value onsite with customers.
  • Position and advise CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO level executives with industry insights.
  • Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams and alliance/channel partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the cloud/security/data space to Fortune 500 customers.
  • Proficient in value-based solution selling, focused on tangible business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Proven understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud security, and data risk.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in executing a formal sales process and using qualification frameworks/sales tools.

Nice to have

  • Strong preference for candidates with a cloud security, data, or AI sales background.
