What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, including outbound prospecting.
- Conduct cold calls to generate self-sourced meetings weekly.
- Meet prospects in person 1-3 days per week to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
- Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
- Communicate consistently with cross-functional team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player with a competitive spirit.
- Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
- Ability to work in the greater Delaware/Baltimore, MD area, with in-person meetings required 1-3 days per week.
