What you will do

• Develop bold, conceptual ideas that inspire clients and teams, creating visually stunning digital experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth and creative excellence.
• Play a key role in new business efforts, crafting compelling design narratives for pitches and proposals.
• Own the visual design vision across engagements, setting creative standards and quality benchmarks.
• Work hands-on across all phases of product development, from ideation and concepting to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with strategy, UX, and tech teams to deliver standout creative work.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing high-craft and visually striking design with a proven track record in leading creative strategies.
• Experience driving high-level creative direction and collaborating with leadership, design, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Proven experience leading creative on pitches and converting new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, tools, methodologies, and innovations in AI that aid design and production.
• Proven experience leading UI-focused creative work that blends storytelling, innovation, and usability.
• Experience managing and upskilling high-performance design teams.
• Expert level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in prototyping tools and AI-enabled workflows.
