What you will do

• Own and manage client accounts, building strong relationships and driving adoption.
• Support senior Engagement Managers for enterprise clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance.
• Help diagnose client challenges, uncover root causes, and contribute to structured solutions and playbooks.
• Run regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with clients.
• Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Care about delivering quality and building strong client relationships.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with professional, demanding stakeholders.
• 1–2 years of experience from a legal environment, client advisory, consulting, or customer-facing SaaS/technology role.
• Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond to deliver high-quality work or service outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities reliably.
• Must enjoy being in the office 5 days a week.
