What you will do

• Proactively source and hunt candidates using various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and competency-based interviews to assess candidates.
• Advise and collaborate with local Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy and market insights.
• Coordinate and facilitate the entire interview process ensuring smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure proactive communication.
• Drive recruitment cycle proactively, anticipating needs and overcoming bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in Fintech, IT, or B2B software sectors.
• Exceptional sourcing and direct hunting skills for passive candidates.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• A highly proactive, results-driven, and consultative mindset.
