What you will do

  • Lead recurring onboarding webinars and provide reactive 1:1 support for SMB/Core customers, helping them configure hirify.global and reach first value.
  • Proactively monitor customer portfolio health and provide targeted outreach based on usage signals.
  • Serve as the primary technical guide for Account Managers, offering practical explanations of features and workflows.
  • Coordinate customer escalations with Support, Product, and Account Managers, ensuring clear communication and structured follow-up.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine onboarding playbooks, content, and customer-facing resources based on insights from activation and early adoption.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, or Implementation.
  • Experience interacting with customers regularly through scheduled meetings, training sessions, webinars, or support conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers using structured playbooks and clear processes.
  • Confident in presenting and facilitating sessions over video in a professional, engaging way.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, customer success platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Strong customer orientation, execution excellence, and technical learning ability.
