What you will do
- Lead all post-sales activities for ’s upmarket customers through onboarding, implementation, and product expertise.
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer within .
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, driving them to specific business outcomes.
- Provide technical answers and recommend efficient ways for customers to achieve compliance using the platform.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and work toward mutual goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
- Extensive experience with high-end exposure to C-level executives.
- Proven track record of long-term customer retention and hitting retention targets.
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills with strong critical thinking ability.
- Technical competency to understand ’s software and build relationships with highly technical customers.
