Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Actively participate in discussions to analyze and define business processes, identifying pain points, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with the business to understand challenges and achieve objectives through process improvements.
• Execute continuous process improvements using metrics and reporting.
• Identify key data and process sources to determine the source of truth through analysis and validations.
• Assist with managing Falcon Complete key performance metrics, creating reports and dashboards for visibility.
• Outline project timelines, resource requirements, and stakeholders, providing status reporting on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage customer communication and documentation programs to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in process architecture, gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in business process improvement and project management.
• Demonstrated experience applying business process improvement methodology.
• Strong understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and external customers.
• Intermediate experience with Excel is required.

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Gainsight, Domo, Splunk.
