Location: This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Salary: $95,000–$280,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Sales Systems team and other groups to ensure requirements are understood and documented for the Salesforce platform, especially Salesforce CPQ.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements and ensure alignment with business and technology strategy.
• Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the delivery team.
• Leverage business knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and serve as a trusted technology advisor.
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met, including tracking issues through to resolution during UAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or similar technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect supporting the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of experience with declarative development on the Salesforce platform as an administrator.
• Previous hands-on experience working with Salesforce CPQ and CPQ Advanced Approvals.
• Good understanding of software testing with knowledge of building test plans and executing them.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Salesforce SalesCloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator Certifications.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification or Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of Change Management processes.
