What you will do
- Lead the monetization and growth strategic objective across mobile and web platforms.
- Optimize top-of-funnel growth, engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven experimentation.
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for growth and monetization, including pricing optimization.
- Collaborate with the support team on in-app education and retention features.
- Manage a large portfolio of growth and monetization bets, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of Product Manager experience with demonstrated growth and monetization impact.
- Proven ability to optimize activation, retention, and upsell levers in mobile and web products.
- Track record of leading and influencing multiple squads through fast experimentation and iteration.
- Expertise in running A/B tests across diverse platforms.
- Strong customer orientation and retention mindset, ideally working with customer support.
- Data fluency with proven ability to analyze and optimize funnels.
- Experience leading pricing optimization and business model experimentation at scale.
