• Drive innovation and differentiation in the mobile app analytics market by anticipating customer needs and capitalizing on strategic opportunities.
• Optimize deployment and manage Software Development Kits (SDKs) to ensure an industry-leading, reliable, and exceptional experience for mobile engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide superior analytics capabilities across a comprehensive range of application frameworks.
• Continuously improve the efficiency of services and overall user experience by incorporating feedback from field teams and customers.

Requirements

• Defined and driven major technical innovations and strategy at the company or group level.
• Ability to align and mobilize stakeholders across product lines, engineering, legal, and Go-to-Market teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working closely with customers to understand their needs and market dynamics.
• Forged strong partnerships with engineering to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
• Technical understanding of data collection systems, including strengths and limitations of various technologies.
• Operated in B2B SaaS environments with security- and compliance-conscious global customers.
