What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear direction.
- Own product strategy and execution across multiple consumer-facing product areas, aligning with company goals and long-term vision.
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to shape product initiatives that impact upper-funnel performance and translate these into scalable product solutions.
- Shape and optimise end-to-end product experiences, using data to reduce friction, improve effectiveness, and drive business impact.
- Partner closely with engineering and design leaders to ensure strong execution, scalable solutions, and high-quality outcomes.
- Champion experimentation and learning, using analytics and testing to validate hypotheses and continuously improve results.
Requirements
- Significant experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products in mobile-first environments.
- Strong commercial and marketing understanding, with proven experience impacting upper-funnel performance.
- High proficiency in data analytics, including defining success metrics and using insights to drive prioritisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
- Proven ability to own product strategy end-to-end, balancing customer needs, commercial considerations, and technical constraints.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and data stakeholders.
