What you will do
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging security trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Can easily articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences.
- Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English.
- Ability to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies and large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Understanding of the OSI model.
- Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
