Location: Must be based in Australia (Remote, with preference for Melbourne or Sydney)

What you will do

• Coach partners on delivering the technical value proposition and independently conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, and POC engagements.
• Provide virtual or onsite foundational technical training and maintain partner lab environments.
• Support partners in customer-facing activities for deal registration opportunities, including discovery, demo, and POC stages.
• Conduct technical assessments (BCSE) to ensure partner readiness for hirify.global solutions.
• Align with regional focus partners and VADs to support their growth, scalability, and pipeline development.
• Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a pre-sales or support engineer.
• 5+ years of experience working with a global software vendor.
• Proven ability to differentiate solutions within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) space and conduct POCs across Windows and Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS) and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products (e.g., Password Safe, Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, MCSE, GWAPT, CCFE, CPT, CEH, or ITIL.
• Experience in building, supporting, and selling security solutions.
