What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic new logo acquisition plans for large enterprise accounts.
- Build an account prioritization framework based on whitespace, customer propensity, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit.
- Develop and execute account plans using sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting for complex accounts.
- Drive complex solution selling efforts, customizing hirify.global's offerings to business challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field (or Bachelor's + 4 years, or Master's + 2 years).
- Fluency in German and English is required.
Nice to have
- 4+ years’ enterprise-level strategic sales experience.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- Extensive new logo experience within the software development ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to craft tailored proposals and align cross-functional strategies.
