What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects across FP&A, controlling, and transactional finance operations.
• Conduct gap analysis and define business requirements for process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement new systems and enhance existing platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage project risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the finance teams.

Requirements

• CPA with at least 8 years of experience in finance, controlling, and accounting roles.
• Proven experience in leading finance transformation initiatives and managing mid-large scale, complex projects (PMO – level).
• Background and experience in both financial and technological environments.
• Ability to design, plan, and coordinate solutions for multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
