What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic new logo acquisition plans for large enterprise accounts.
  • Build an account prioritization framework to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans using sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process for complex accounts.
  • Drive complex solution selling efforts, customizing hirify.global's offerings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in technology-related sales, technical selling, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Extensive new logo experience, selling into technology accounts.
  • Expertise in crafting comprehensive proposals.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
