TL;DR

Lead Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing): Drives creative performance across paid UA channels, with a primary focus on Meta for app user acquisition, with an accent on translating performance data into clear creative insights, defining testing frameworks, and ensuring creatives deliver measurable business impact. Focus on leading and developing a small team of channel-specific Creative Strategists, partnering with cross-functional teams, and identifying patterns, trends, and creative opportunities across platforms and AI tools.

Location: Flexible office and home working based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the option to work abroad for up to 2 months a year.

Salary: €5,000–€6,400 per month (gross, Vilnius)

What you will do

  • Own Meta (app) creative strategy and performance end-to-end.
  • Translate performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, engagement) into clear creative insights and hypotheses.
  • Define and evolve creative testing frameworks, formats, and learning agendas.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of channel-specific Creative Strategists.
  • Partner closely with Paid UA, Growth, Product, and Brand teams to align creative strategy with business goals.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and creative opportunities across platforms, audiences, and AI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth roles.
  • Proven experience owning creative performance at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop other strategists or marketers.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and briefing skills.
  • Experience working with creative production teams.
  • English: Fluency required.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing creative resources or prioritizing across multiple channels.
  • Exposure to other paid social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snap).
  • Familiarity with budget considerations and creative ROI optimisation.
  • Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted creative workflows.
