What you will do

• Define and execute the overall strategy for the HCL Unica Services practice.
• Lead new business development activities, including identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
• Oversee the successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all HCL Unica implementation and upgrade projects.
• Manage a global or regional team of Unica consultants, solution architects, and technical specialists.
• Hold full accountability for the financial performance (P&L) of the HCL Unica practice.
• Act as the Executive Sponsor for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT services, consulting, or marketing technology.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing a significant technology practice (MarTech, CRM, Digital).
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of HCL Unica or competitive marketing platforms.
• Proven track record in P&L management and achieving financial growth targets for a services line.
• Demonstrable experience leading and successfully delivering multiple large-scale Unica implementations or complex MarTech projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite clients.
