What you will do

• Monitor and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and external collaborators to ensure delivery progress.
• Coordinate monthly release cycles, ensuring clear scope and visible progress.
• Build and maintain roadmaps highlighting key achievements and integration points.
• Proactively identify risks and collaborate on practical solutions to keep outcomes on track.
• Engage collaborators at all levels with clear and transparent updates.
• Champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating complex delivery in large, matrixed organizations, ideally within financial services.
• Confidence partnering with engineering teams with strong technical understanding.
• Strong planning, tracking, and governance skills.
• Proactive approach to risk and issue management.
• Commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.
• Hands-on approach to delivery, taking ownership and coordinating teams.
• Work from the Bristol office at least two days per week.

• Experience with CRM platforms or customer-servicing technologies.
