What you will do

• Define and execute overall strategy for client projects, ensuring alignment with client’s objectives and hirify.global’s standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with clients to understand their specific needs and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Plan, scope, and coordinate internal resources across teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Track and report on project delivery metrics, including timelines, budgets, and profitability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-6 years) managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or client delivery roles, ideally in Human-in-the-loop (HITL) or AI training.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, their applications, and associated challenges, including familiarity with AI/ML training workflows.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, with exceptional client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing project delivery metrics, KPIs, and profitability to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and adapting priorities as needed.
