What you will do

• Lead professional services positioning and delivery in France.
• Engage with customers and partners onsite and remotely to align business outcomes and ensure success.
• Manage P&L, bookings, revenue, and satisfaction targets for the region.
• Drive the transformation of the services team to deliver business value.
• Build, manage, and scale high-performance teams of consultants and managers, including remote delivery teams.
• Play a key proactive role in customer management and escalation handling.

Requirements

• Expert level knowledge in the sale and delivery of hybrid software solutions, especially in the French market.
• Strong proven experience in leadership, leading and motivating teams.
• Technical awareness of data management concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills with business fluency in English and French.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of time when needed.
• Valid security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
