What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a team of project managers, providing coaching and inspiration.
• Drive delivery automation by identifying opportunities, designing, and building automated workflows, in partnership with professional services.
• Establish clear processes, workflows, and reporting structures for efficient project execution.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and senior leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks (resource constraints, inefficiencies, client concerns).
• Oversee project budgets, monitor financial health, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Leverage data analytics for insights, performance tracking, and continuous optimization of delivery operations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for production issues, client crises, or internal bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement by building missing processes and creating lacking documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira).
