What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, driving retention and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure customers are realizing value and address issues.
- Support renewal conversations and standard contract processes.
- Act as a strategic advisor by leading customer and internal teams.
- Identify basic expansion or usage opportunities and partner with senior team members.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity logging in CRM tools.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Organized, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused and motivated by understanding customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HR Tech, recruiting tools, or developer-focused products.
- Comfort engaging with day-to-day customer contacts in HR, Talent, or Engineering teams.
- A collaborative mindset.
