What you will do
- Identify and engage prospective mid-market clients through outbound efforts, inbound inquiries, and strategic networking.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis to understand client business challenges in treasury, liquidity, and risk management.
- Present and demonstrate hirify.global’s cloud-based solutions to key stakeholders.
- Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline using Salesforce.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and hirify.global’s evolving product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech, treasury, ERP, or financial software.
- Proven success selling to the office of the CFO, treasury, or finance leaders within mid-market organizations ($100M - $1B revenue).
- Strong consultative sales skills with experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
