What you will do

• Supervise daily activities of the Telesales Outbound team to optimize performance and meet targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and skill development to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.
• Monitor team attendance, call schedules, and productivity.
• Ensure sales interactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices.
• Track team performance against key sales metrics and submit regular reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to calling strategies, lead management, and sales workflows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for telesales team concerns and facilitate cross-department communication.
