TL;DR

Full-Cycle Account Executive (Wellness): Identifying, targeting, and securing new partnerships within the health and fitness sector with an accent on driving overall growth and expanding the partner portfolio. Focus on high-volume outreach, consistent follow-up, and exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Candidates must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week.

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and tenaciously target new partnership opportunities via various forms and channels of communication.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to partnership agreement and network launch.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential fitness partners.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including cold calls, emails, and social media through various outreach tools.
  • Provide consistent follow-up through different stages of the sales cycle using provided tech tools.
  • Be accountable for consistently reaching and exceeding daily KPI metrics and monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week.
  • Previous experience with outreach (BDR/SDR background, cold calling, or prospecting).
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong phone presence and perseverance.
  • Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software.
