TL;DR

Corporate Account Executive: Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate customers for a work management platform with an accent on driving new business, expansion opportunities, and wall-to-wall deployments. Focus on cultivating customer champions, engaging executive stakeholders, and executing data-driven revenue growth plans within the UK/I region.

Location: Office-centric hybrid schedule in Dublin, Ireland. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Option to work from home on Wednesdays.

Salary: €154,000–€196,000

What you will do

• Proactively manage and grow a corporate customer portfolio.
• Hunt, manage, and close new and expansion opportunities.
• Cultivate customer champions to unlock growth and drive hirify.global deployments.
• Advocate for productivity and collaboration transformation across UK/I organizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Execute a clear, data-driven quarterly plan focused on revenue growth.

Requirements

• Strong prospecting skills and a proven track record of building pipeline in the UK/I region.
• Demonstrated success with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger).
• Experienced in winning new business and expanding existing customers in competitive environments.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and integrity in customer interactions.
• Proficient in managing full sales cycles, from initial outreach to close.
• Goal-oriented and proactive, with the ability to set and execute against clear business priorities.
