What you will do

• Be the go-to SME Relationship Manager in your community.
• Build and manage a portfolio of SME customers.
• Originate SME lending opportunities, including writing credit papers.
• Develop deep, trusting and lasting relationships with customers.
• Create and deliver a business plan for your local area.
• Collaborate with internal teams and promote Allica's values.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SME banking, including commercial lending.
• Proven track record of building high-value, trust-based relationships.
• Experience in exceeding new business targets.
• Ability to structure new lending proposals and write credit applications.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and review financial accounts.
• Must be based in the Black Country / West Midlands area of the United Kingdom and active in local business networks.
• English: B2 required.
