What you will do

• Support the acquisition of new hirify.global customers and upselling with existing customers.
• Take a key role in solution shaping and management of client-related solutions, coordinating internal teams (Architects, Pricing, Project Delivery, and Technical Development).
• Organize and lead presentations and demonstrations of hirify.global products and services, defining USPs with Sales and product experts.
• Analyze competitive solutions and communicate the impact of financial regulations.
• Manage RFI and RFP processes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the Banking or FinTech industries.
• Exceptional and adaptable interpersonal skills, including teamwork across different locations and client-facing discussions.
• Educational mindset to demo and promote hirify.global solutions.
• Ability to understand and interpret very technical information.
• Strong Banking and Wealth Management knowledge and experience.
• Flexibility to travel to hirify.global offices and clients in the UK and Europe.

Nice to have

• Sound knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., MiFID, Basel etc.).
• Experience with software development, implementation, testing, business analytics, or SQL.
• Background in Consulting or Sales.
