What you will do

• Contribute to the selection and implementation of future marketing technologies, defining use cases and necessary integrations with Salesforce.
• Implement and maintain processes and usage of the martech stack, becoming an expert in all aspects of the MAP.
• Build and maintain logic to ensure leads, contacts, and accounts are routed to the right sales reps at the right time.
• Manage the cleaning and uploading of high-volume lead lists from industry events and webinars.
• Support the marketing team in running campaigns and automation programs, measuring and reporting on impact.
• Improve hirify.global's processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• B2B Tech marketing experience with 3-5 years of admin experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and other software tools.
• Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.
• Good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
• Detailed oriented and curious.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management and documentation skills.
