What you will do

• Lead a team of 7 engineers (mix of frontend and backend) to build tools for cloud commitment programs.
• Help customers identify and act on suggested changes for cloud provider commitment programs.
• Drive the technical direction of the Commitment Programs product, setting high quality standards and investing for future development.
• Own technical and product outcomes, including code quality, system SLAs/SLOs, and user experience.
• Identify strengths and development areas for engineers on the team to help them grow in their careers.
• Collaborate with other managers in the CCM group to foster a culture of ownership, independence, and accountability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a history of shipping quickly and driving customer impact.
• An empathetic leader who builds high-performing teams through a human-first approach.
• Ability to "elevation-shift" from high-level product roadmapping to deep technical implementation conversations.
• Comfortable with writing code, performing code reviews, and participating in technical design discussions.
• Experience managing cloud spend and/or cloud infrastructure.
