What you will do

• Partner closely with VPs and Unit Leads to execute the 2026 People Plan, aligning all people strategies with GDM’s strategic goals.
• Apply organizational psychology and behavioral science to design evolving team structures and lead large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic influencer to senior leadership, coaching them to accelerate development and improve team performance.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor people data, synthesize with external market realities, and identify workforce risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Manage and inspire a global team, upholding GDM Manager expectations for developing, coaching, and collaborating to deliver efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Substantial HR Leadership with a proven track record as a senior HR professional, preferably in a fast-growing business or dynamic tech environment.
• Deep understanding of Organizational Design (OD) principles, talent management, and employment legislation/policies.
• Proven ability to lead change in complex, global organizations, effectively managing diverse stakeholders.
• Strong history of coaching, developing, and leading high-performing HR teams.
• Ability and curiosity to use AI tools practically and effectively in your work, with awareness of AI’s responsible use, risks, and limitations.
