Salary: $160,000 – $225,000

What you will do

• Design, launch, and manage hirify.global’s core people programs, focusing on onboarding.
• Create a people program strategy to iterate on and launch new programs such as performance, engagement, learning, and manager enablement.
• Partner closely with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders on organizational planning and talent initiatives.
• Advise and support employees and leaders by providing clear guidance on people policies, programs, and best practices.
• Use data and insights to measure, iterate, and evolve programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Programs, Talent, or a related people-focused function within high-growth environments.
• Experience designing and scaling people programs across the employee lifecycle in global technology companies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional program and project management capability.
• Analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
• Passion for building clarity, culture, and connection in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or designing programs for global teams across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (HRIS, onboarding systems, performance tools, etc.).
• Background in organizational development, employee experience, or Learning & Development.
