Location: Hybrid in Livingston, NJ, New York, NY, Sunnyvale, CA, or Bellevue, WA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office.

Salary: $115,000–$168,000

What you will do

• Strengthen leadership capabilities, develop managers, and support high-performing teams in a hypergrowth environment.
• Drive performance management support, workshop facilitation, and resource development.
• Build and continuously refine manager enablement curricula to raise clarity and accountability.
• Own and refine key components of the performance and talent experience, including performance cycles.
• Synthesize feedback, survey data, and stakeholder input to influence the talent development roadmap.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in manager, leader, and talent development.
• Ability to design and facilitate scalable learning experiences for diverse audiences and levels.
• Experience translating external trends, research, and talent philosophy into practical programs and tools.
• Proven ability to shape how expectations and leveling for managers and ICs are communicated and reinforced.
• Experience bringing order to ambiguity by codifying standards, workflows, and templates.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control requirements.
