TL;DR

Falcon Shield Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth for next-generation Identity security solutions across the DACH region with an accent on identifying opportunities, delivering technical presentations, and articulating value propositions. Focus on developing territory plans, building relationships with key security stakeholders, and creating tailored solutions for customer identity security challenges.

Location: Remote from Germany. Written and spoken fluency in German is required. Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth for hirify.global's identity security portfolio across the DACH market.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of Falcon Identity Protection capabilities.
  • Articulate hirify.global's identity security value proposition against competitive solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build relationships with key security stakeholders and create tailored solutions addressing customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably with identity security solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex security solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of identity security concepts, attack vectors, and protection strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working within a team-selling environment.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed to support customer engagements.
  • Written and spoken fluency in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global products or similar endpoint/identity security solutions.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity infrastructure.
  • Background in security consulting or pre-sales engineering.
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and identity-based attack techniques.
  • Experience selling to CISOs and identity security teams.
