TL;DR

Account Director (SaaS): Driving revenue growth across enterprise accounts by identifying, qualifying, and closing complex business opportunities with an accent on building executive relationships and accurate forecasting. Location: Remote (US). Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts within the Southeast region is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’ platform and align solutions with strategic business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing to drive account strategy.
  • Engage with C-level and senior IT decision-makers to influence enterprise transformation.
  • Mentor peers and provide strategic feedback to shape go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in software sales, with 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Expertise in solution-selling to IT personas at large enterprise companies.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts within the region.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Work experience in forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Ability to articulate and translate complex technical solutions into business value.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach).
  • U.S. Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
