Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compliance, AML, and fraud detection capabilities.
• Build and enhance controls across the policy lifecycle, from onboarding to disbursement.
• Develop intelligent monitoring systems that detect suspicious transaction patterns and support ML-driven alerting.
• Define and deliver AML/KYC features such as identity verification and enhanced due diligence workflows.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to translate regulatory requirements into scalable features.
• Guide integrations with external fraud, AML, and identity platforms.
• Build internal tools for case management and alert resolution.
• Drive a culture of risk-aware product development and support fraud/AML incident response.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management with direct ownership of features tied to fraud prevention, AML, KYC, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention techniques and tools including transaction monitoring and identity verification.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, SEC/FINRA).
• Experience integrating third-party compliance/risk tools via APIs.
• Ability to collaborate across legal, security, engineering, and data teams with strong communication skills.
• Technical literacy in secure architecture, data pipelines, and basic SQL or BI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing product capabilities for complex user journeys or multi-party data workflows.
• Familiarity with fraud vector detection for synthetic identity, account takeover, or payment fraud.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CFCS, or CISA.
• Prior work with or understanding of life insurance, annuities, or wealth management platforms.
