TL;DR

Location: New York, New York

Salary: $210,000.00 to $262,500.00 per year

What you will do

  • Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Growth teams.
  • Align strategy and execution by turning company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop a best-in-class prospect experience.
  • Lead customer-focused product development from ideation to execution.
  • Improve product performance by analyzing launch results and metrics and planning iterative enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on product status and timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • You’ve led technical products and/or have a background in computer science (or similar).
  • Proficient with funnel analytics and experimentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and deep user empathy.
  • Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, data exploration, and product analytics tooling (e.g.: Amplitude, Heap).
  • Knowledge of CRM/RevOps and Marketing stack (e.g.: Salesforce, Customer.io).
  • Experience in late-stage or mature B2B SaaS.
