What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for strategic customer segments and Americas markets.
- Guide and develop product managers, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Deliver segment-ready solutions combining APIs, compliance features, and network coverage.
- Shape market entry and expansion across Brazil, Mexico, US, and Canada.
- Drive adoption and measurable impact on segment growth and revenue.
- Champion client needs with Americas clients, partners, and regulators.
- Align global product, tech, and regional stakeholders towards shared goals.
- Track and report progress on adoption, market penetration, and initiatives.
Requirements
- 12–18 years of leadership in product management within fintech, payments, or B2B platforms.
- Experience leading product manager teams and influencing cross-regional counterparts.
- Strong record of delivering end-to-end product lifecycles for payments/APIs.
- Deep understanding of Americas payments infrastructure & regulatory frameworks (e.g., Brazil PIX, Mexico SPEI/Cobre, US/Canada rails).
- Skilled at operating in a matrixed global environment, aligning teams.
- Executive communication skills with clients, regulators, and C-suite.
