Salary: $182,000 - $209,000

What you will do

• Own growth strategy for Care Continuity focusing on activation, attendance, retention, and progression for high-acuity members.
• Prioritize and test growth levers across the member journey through continuous experimentation.
• Define and track growth KPIs balancing business outcomes with clinical intent.
• Translate clinical care models into scalable growth systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve member-facing experiences and internal workflows.
• Partner with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with growth focus
• Experience in regulated or high-stakes environments (healthcare preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on data analysis
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with AI, automation, or personalization systems is a plus
