What you will do

• Schedule initial discovery calls for Lending Compliance Account Executives.
• Develop relationships within financial institutions (mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions).
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects and cultivate prospect lists with the sales team.
• Identify and target strategic new prospects to accelerate territory growth.
• Use identified customer challenges to prescribe relevant campaigns and events to drive engagement.
• Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums (50 outbound calls, 50 outbound emails, 4 prospective client meetings per week).
• Manage new and prospective customer data within CRM (Salesforce Lightning and High Velocity Sales).

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient with standard productivity tools.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for company events.
