What you will do
- Identify and engage new B2B leads in English-speaking markets.
- Design, launch, and manage outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and transfer SQLs to the sales team.
- Manage inbound responses, nurture prospects, and ensure seamless handover.
- Implement and refine automated workflows for lead generation.
- Analyze lead quality and optimize campaign performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for English-speaking markets.
- Proven success in developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automated outreach tools (email and LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes.
- Deep understanding of organizational structures and IT industry trends.
- English: C1 level.
