What you will do

  • Identify and engage new B2B leads in English-speaking markets.
  • Design, launch, and manage outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and transfer SQLs to the sales team.
  • Manage inbound responses, nurture prospects, and ensure seamless handover.
  • Implement and refine automated workflows for lead generation.
  • Analyze lead quality and optimize campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for English-speaking markets.
  • Proven success in developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with automated outreach tools (email and LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes.
  • Deep understanding of organizational structures and IT industry trends.
  • English: C1 level.
